Cambridge United have a Sports Science/Strength and Conditioning work experience opportunity available….

The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for contributing to the provision of sports science/strength and conditioning to the club’s academy teams (U9-U18), where you can put theory into practice, learn from experienced practitioners on the pitch, and develop a better understanding of the day-to-day running of a professional football club.

The role will be based at the club’s training center in Cambridge and the ground at Newmarket Town FC. The successful candidate(s) will be required either on a Monday or Thursday (day and evening), as well as home meetings midweek and weekends (morning and afternoon). There is potential for more opportunities during the internship, which will be discussed with the successful candidate.
