Doha Academy schools ready for a 100% return to learning on campus

Doha: Doha Academy schools held an information session on Saturday October 2 to ensure that all precautionary measures announced by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education are respected and that the Doha Academy Al Waab, Doha Academy Salwa and DIKG are fully prepared to welcome all their students back to a safe environment.

The President and Founder of the Doha Academy Schools and Al Faleh Educational Holding, Dr Sheikha Aisha bint Faleh Al Thani, visited the three schools of the Doha Academy and attended the briefings with the staff and teachers.

Sheikha Aisha concluded the sessions by thanking all the senior leaders, teachers and staff who worked tirelessly during the pandemic to deliver the program online and were always ready to follow any new guidelines from the Ministry of Public Health and the Ministry of Education and Higher Education. to ensure the safety of students and staff.

“Doha Academy schools have switched to digital and virtual learning, overcoming the challenges imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic very quickly. Our teams have proven that they have done a tremendous job of providing the best learning experience for students, either virtually or face to face. We are delighted to be able to welcome our students to campus at the same time and will make sure to keep them and our staff safe at all times, ”said Dr Sheikha Aisha.

Doha Academy Director Harvey RJ Trump said, “All of our teachers are delighted to finally welcome our learners. Virtual and blended learning has tested our understanding, improved our technological capabilities, and changed the way we can educate young people in times of difficulty. However, nothing, I believe, is better than a class full of enthusiastic students and a school that is once again vibrant with youthful enthusiasm.
