“The fitness and sports academy is essentially a training center where we specialize in adult fitness as well as youth training, skill development and athletic improvement training. Basically, the goal is for student athletes and individuals in general to grow. Have a structured workout and training routine so that they never go out of shape during the offseason for our older athletes. And for our young athletes, teaching them how to compete to be able to work in a structured athletic situation, ”says Tre Hunter of Academy Fitness & Sports.
“It meant a lot because most coaches don’t really focus on schoolwork so these coaches point it out and helped us with our deeds and grades in school, so that meant a lot. The academy helped me polish the things I needed to learn. It kind of helps me shorten my learning phase in college so that I can go to college, get on the pitch faster and play earlier, so right now I’m a bit ahead of the game. on the game instead of being behind, ”said Calvin Henderson of Richwood.
